The Other teleconference option is not available when scheduling a meeting.
The option to use Other teleconference is not available when scheduling.
There is no Other Teleconference option when I schedule a meeting.
I don't have an option to enter third party teleconference information when scheduling a meeting.
The Other teleconferencing option is greyed out when scheduling an event.
Solution:
This issue requires the assistance of a Webex Site Administrator.
The Other Teleconference option may be unavailable for the following reasons:
- The Other Teleconferencing service is not enabled for the host account.
- The option to automatically record all sessions using Network-Based Recording is enabled.
To disable automatic recording option:
For Site Administration:
- Log in to your Webex Site Administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.webex.com/admin.php)
- Click the Configuration link on the left side of the page.
- Under Configuration:
- For Webex Meetings: Select Webex Meetings, then uncheck the Automatically record all sessions using Network Based Recording box.
- For Webex Events: Go to Webex Events > Options, then uncheck the Automatically record all sessions using Network Based Recording box.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click Update.
For Control Hub:
- Log in to your Control Hub Administration page. (https://admin.webex.com)
- Under Services from the left navigation bar, select Meetings.
- Choose the site that you would like to configure.
- From the pop-up on the right select Configure site.
- For Webex Meetings: Under Webex Meetings open Site Options, then uncheck Automatically record all sessions using Network Based Recording.
- For Webex Events: Under Webex Events open Site Options, then uncheck Automatically record all sessions using Network Based Recording.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click Update.
Note: The meeting scheduled with Other teleconference service will auto-disable the Collaboration Meeting Room feature.
