To cancel your paid plan and downgrade to a Webex free plan:


From your Overview page, click Change Plan.


Select Cancel Paid Plan, then click Yes, confirm to confirm you want to cancel your paid plan and downgrade to a free plan.


Select a reason for canceling, then click Continue.


(Optional) If you're willing to provide feedback, enter it here, then click Submit.


You'll receive an email confirming that you have canceled your paid plan.

Once your current billing cycle ends, you'll be moved to a Webex free plan and receive an email confirmation of the change.

What happens after I cancel my paid plan?
  • You can continue using your subscription until it officially expires. For example, if you paid in advance for an annual plan and cancel it after nine months, you have access to the paid features for another three months.

  • Once your paid plan ends, you'll automatically be downgraded to a Webex free plan.
