You can cancel your paid plan and downgrade to a free plan at any time. If you downgrade with time left in your billing period, you can continue to use your current plan until the current billing period ends. After the current billing period ends, you'll be moved to a Webex free plan.
Applies to: Starter, Business, and Plus plans
To cancel your paid plan and downgrade to a Webex free plan:
From your Overview page, click Change Plan.
Select Cancel Paid Plan, then click Yes, confirm to confirm you want to cancel your paid plan and downgrade to a free plan.
Select a reason for canceling, then click Continue.
(Optional) If you're willing to provide feedback, enter it here, then click Submit.
You'll receive an email confirming that you have canceled your paid plan.
Once your current billing cycle ends, you'll be moved to a Webex free plan and receive an email confirmation of the change.
