Send broadcast messages to your agents
Before you begin

Webex App is disabled by default. For information about configuring Webex App in Desktop, see the section webexConfigured in the Webex Contact Center Setup and Administration Guide.

Add relevant agents to a Webex App space.

You must be signed in to Desktop. For more information about signing in to Desktop, see Sign in to Webex Contact Center Supervisor Desktop.

Click the You can also access Webex App with the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+3. |

Click the message area and enter your message. |

Click Send or press Enter to send your message. The agent receives a message notification, and the Webex icon on their desktop also displays a badge indicating the number of unread messages.
