Troubleshooting Webex App Launch Issues on Windows 10.
Unable to start the Webex app on Windows 10.
I'm unable to launch the Webex app on my PC.
Root Cause:
The Webex app may not launch if it is not installed in the following location:
- C:\Program Files (x86)
To resolve this issue:
- Uninstall the Webex app, then restart the computer.
- Delete the 'launched.dat' located at C:\Users\$user\AppData\Local\Programs\Cisco Spark
- Install the Webex app.
- Ensure that the Cisco Spark folder is created in C:\Program Files (x86), then do one of the following:
- If the Cisco Spark folder is created in C:\Program Files (x86), launch the Cisco Spark app.
- If the Cisco Spark folder is not created in C:\Program Files (x86), move the folder from it's current location to C:\Program Files (x86).
Note: The Webex folder may be found in the following location, if it is not created in correct location:
- C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData
