I Didn't Receive the Password Reset Email After I Use the Forgot Your Password Feature
I didn't receive the password reset email after I use the forgot your password feature.
I have not received the email which was sent to reset my account password.
The forgot your password page states that it has sent the password reset email but I have not received it.
The 'Forgot your password' page always confirms that a password reset email is sent even if the email address is not registered for a host account on the Webex site. This is due to a security change that was made so that valid host accounts cannot be identified.
Note:
- Use a registered host account email address if you have not received the password reset email.
- Check your junk folder. You should search for an email from messenger@webex.com.
- Configure the spam filters of your email account to allow inbound messages from webex.com.
