Tentative meetings, which are meetings that haven't been accepted or rejected, are visible on shared mode devices when the hybrid calendar service is enabled. Administrators have the option to hide the calendar entry and any related alerts for these meetings on the devices.
Configuration
You can configure shared devices to show or hide tentative meetings, from the device's local web interface or from Control Hub:

Access the device's web interface or Control Hub. See the Device Configurations article for more information.

Select the following configuration UserInterface > Bookings > Visibility > TentativeMeetings .

Choose the following setting:

Auto. The Join button will appear on the device screen for tentative meetings.

Hidden. The Join button will not appear on the device screen for tentative meetings.

Save your changes before closing the web interface or Control Hub.
