Your administrator determines how much control you have over recording your calls. Depending on your setup, your incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded automatically, or you may be able to decide which calls you want to record. You're presented with a visual indicator letting you know when a call is being recorded.

During a call, click More
If you don't see a call recording option, you're configured with a Call Record Always environment. You get a visual indication that the call is being recorded.
If you see a pause option, you're in a Call Record Always with Pause/Resume Support environment and can follow the next step. |

Click Pause if you want to pause the recording. You see an indication that the recording is paused. You can click Resume recording when you're ready to resume the recording again.
