Error: "Failed to start a new session. Try again." when signing into Cisco Jabber.

Error: "Invalid Responce Message (29)" when signing into Cisco Jabber.

I cannot sign in to the Cisco Jabber client due to error "Failed to start a new session. Try again.".

This issue may occur if the X.509 certificate for Single Sign-On (SSO) has expired.

To resolve this issue, you need to generate a new X.509 certificate and manually upload it to the Webex Org Admin tool using your Non-SSO Webex Org Admin username and password.
