The Join Before Host Option is Missing When Scheduling a Webex Meeting

When scheduling a Webex Meeting, the option to allow attendees to join before the host is not available to configure. The location of the scheduling option differs depending on how you are scheduling.
- Scheduling via the Webex Site - Calendar > Schedule a Meeting > Security > Join before host.
- Scheduling via the Webex App - Calendar icon > Schedule a Meeting > Advanced Settings > Join before host.
- Scheduling via the Webex Scheduler - New Calendar item > Cisco Webex > Add Webex Meeting > Advanced Settings > Join before host.
RESOLUTION
To make this visible to hosts, the Join Before Host option must be enabled in Control Hub. Follow the steps below:
- Log in to Control Hub.
- In the navigation pane under Services, click Meeting.
- Click the Webex site you want to have the option enabled for.
- Click Settings > Security.
- In the Attendees section, toggle to enable Join before host options. Click Save.
