Check and join a meeting on your phone
Check and join different types of meetings by the One Button to Push (OBTP) feature. This Help article is for Cisco Video Phone 8875 registered to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) or Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (Webex DI).
Check your calendar on the phone
You can use the calendar feature to check the relevant items for the day. If you want to see details of an item, for example, the meeting link, you can tap the arrow (>) that displays next to the item. The calendar list can display a maximum of 20 meetings.
Depending on your administrator's configuration, you might be logged out automatically after certain days. If your administrator doesn't configure the auto log-out, your account will remain log-in until you manually sign out from the phone.
In the Firmware Release 2.3(1), the calendar list refreshes automatically twice a day. The first refresh is on 9:00 AM, and the second is on 12:00 PM. If you have scheduled a new meeting and want to see the update before next auto refresh, you can tap Refresh to manually refresh the calendar list.
When the phone restarts, your account doesn't log out automatically from the calendar service. Also, if you log out of extension mobility, your account still remains in the calendar service.
