By default, all the features are accessible to users. You can show or hide the features at the organization level.


Sign in to Control Hub, and go to Services > Calling > Client Settings > Settings.


Go to the Hide Calling Settings section and click Hide Calling Settings.


Turn off the features that you want to hide, and turn on the features that you want to show.


Click Save.

After you save, the features that are turned off don’t appear in User Hub and Webex App. It may take 12 hours for the changes to reflect in Webex App or the user may need to sign in again to see the changes.
