As an administrator, you can customize which features to show or hide for users in User Hub and Webex App. Hiding a feature prevents users from accessing and configuring it further. However, they can continue to use the service seamlessly if they have already configured it, or you’ve configured it for them in the Control Hub.
By default, all the features are accessible to users. Currently, you can show or hide the features at an organization level.

Sign in to Control Hub, and go to . |

Go to the Hide Calling Settings section and click Hide Calling Settings. |

Toggle off the features that you want to hide, and toggle on the features that you want to show. |

Click Save. After you save, the toggled-off features don’t appear in the User Hub and Webex App. It may take 12 hours for the changes to reflect in the Webex App or the user may need to sign in again to see the changes.

Here are the known limitations of this feature:
- You can’t hide any features accessible through devices.
- You can’t hide the 'Generate activation code for devices' feature shown in the Webex App.
