You’re notified with an error message when there is an API request failure or event failure to load data on Webex Contact Center Desktop. You can copy the error's tracking ID and share the details with your administrator to debug the issue.

Click the Error Details link in the error dialog box.

Click Copy Tracking ID.

Share the copied tracking ID with your administrator to debug the issue.
