You can download and view error reports when experiencing issues with Webex Contact Center Desktop.
Before you begin
You must be signed in to Desktop. For more information, see Sign in to Agent Desktop.

Click User Profile. |

Under the Help section, click Download Error Report.
After Desktop downloads the error report successfully, you can share it with your administrator to
investigate the issue.
