Solution:
When trying to join from a Mac, your browser may hang at the following prompt:
To fix the problem:
Update for Safari 11 and Mac OS 10.12 (settings have been moved):
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Websites.
- In the Plug-ins section on the left, select Webex64 General Plugin Container.
- For all Configured Websites listed on the right, select On.
- Set the When visiting other websites option to On:
Older Safari versions:
- Run the Cisco Webex Mac uninstaller.
- Restart your Mac.
- Reinstall the Webex meeting software manually. For help, see:
- Try to join the meeting again.
- Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced.
- Uncheck the Stop plug-ins to save the power box:

- Click Change Settings...
- Select a protocol to configure the screen, uncheck all the options, then click OK.
- Click Security, followed by Plug-in Settings...
- In the left pane, click on Webex64 General Plugin Container.
- Click the drop-down next to the Webex Site URL and select Allow:
