End of Support for Cisco Webex Scheduler with Google Chrome Extension, Webex Scheduler for Internet Explorer, Webex Integration to IBM Lotus Notes, Skype for Business, and IBM Sametime
We will be officially retiring support for the Cisco Webex Scheduler with Google Chrome Extension, Webex Scheduler for Internet Explorer, Webex Integration to IBM Lotus Notes, Skype for Business, and IBM Sametime on December 31, 2020. They will no longer be available for download from January 1, 2021. Users of Cisco Webex Scheduler with Google Chrome Extension should move to the newer version of Cisco Webex for G Suite add-on.
Note: CMR Cloud has been renamed to Cisco Webex Video Platform. Some links and text may still refer to CMR Cloud, but information should still apply to the renamed service.

B2B (Business-to-Business) calling needs to be enabled on the Skype for Business side in order for you to call into a Cisco Webex Video Platform meeting.
To enable B2B calling:
- Log in to your online account, or have your admin do so.
- Under the Admin option in the left panel click on Skype for Business.
- From the new screen, click on Organization on the left.
- Click on External Communications from the top.
- The drop-down will need to show as one of the On options, preferably On except for blocked domains. Screenshot provided
Should you use the option On only for allowed domains, be sure to add Webex.com to the allowed domain list. Otherwise, calls will still fail. Screenshot provided
