At a quick glance, the Overview page shows you the status of the Webex services, Webex devices, and users in your organization. Click More on any card to choose an option that takes you straight to the respective page in Control Hub. Hover over one of the highlighted numbers in the Onboarding and Devices cards to see a breakdown of users or devices with that status.

Notifications

Click the notifications button to see a list of news and updates for Control Hub so that you're always kept up to date. Notifications are organized by the date of when they appear, and the most recent notifications appear at the top of the list. Notifications are removed from the list two months after they first appear, or when a full or read-only administrator removes them. Incidents from the Webex Global Service Status page are shown in a separate tab. These incidents are removed one week after they first appear.

In-App Help

Confused about something? Click the help button to see a list of relevant help articles based on where you're at in Control Hub. You can also use the search bar or visit the Webex Help Center to find more articles.


 

The default language for Control Hub and Webex Help Center is based on your browser's default language.

If you use Control Hub in the following languages, you can only search for articles in English when using the In-App Help:

  • Traditional Chinese—zh-tw

  • Spanish (Spain)—es-es

  • English (Britain)—en-gb

  • French (Canada)—fr-ca

  • Indonesian:—in-id

  • Norwegian (Norway)—no-no

  • Polish—pl-pl

Webex Services

The Webex Services card lets you know if Webex services in your organization are up and running. You can find out when a Webex service is:

  • Green—Service is online.

  • Yellow—Service has an issue.

  • Red—Service is offline or has a major outage.

  • Gray—Service hasn't been set up yet.

Click More and select View Service Page to go to the Webex Global Service Status page to find out more information about any upcoming maintenance or upgrades.

Hybrid Services

The Hybrid Services card shows you when the status of a hybrid service is:

  • Green—Service is online.

  • Yellow—Service has an issue.

  • Red—Service is offline or has a major outage.

  • Gray—Service hasn't been set up yet.

Click a hybrid service to open its configuration page in Control Hub.

Onboarding

The Onboarding card shows you how many users have activated their accounts to use Webex services. You can see a breakdown of how many users are:

  • Active—These users have verified their email addresses and signed in at least once.

  • Verified—These users email addresses are verified, but they haven't signed in. Their status changes to Active when they sign in.

  • Not Verified—These users haven't verified their email addresses. You can resend another verification email to the users.

  • Inactive—These users have been deactivated and can no longer access Webex services.

Click on any of the percentages to open the Users page to follow up on users who haven't yet activated their accounts. The card also shows you how many users that you can claim if you've verified your domain, and how many users that have the delayed claim status.

Devices

The Devices card shows you the status of all the devices in your organization. Click a number to see a filtered list on the Devices page.
