Partners

If you're a partner, go here for direct access to our Partner Help Desk. You can search our Knowledge Base to find the Help article that answers your question or you can use the Chat window to talk to a support representative.

Customer Administrators

As a customer administrator, go to Webex Help Center, click Contact Us, and then choose the subject and task that you need help with. From here, you're presented with a list of Help articles that we think match your needs or you can use the options on the right to Chat with a support representative, call our Global Support team, or Open a Case.

If you you're still having problems, contact your partner. Find their contact information using Cisco Webex Control Hub: From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Users and filter the list by External Administrators.

Users

If you're a user and need help with calling, go to https://settings.webex.com, select Webex Calling to open the Calling User Portal. From there, select the solid, black arrow beside your name in the top right corner and choose Support.

If you can't find the information you're looking for, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select Contact Us. Choose the subject and task that you need help with. From here, you're presented with a list of Help articles that we think match your needs or you can use the options on the right to Chat with a support representative, call our Global Support team, or Open a Case.
