Partners
If you're a partner, go here for direct access to our Partner Help Desk. You can search our Knowledge Base to find the Help article that answers your question or you can use the Chat window to talk to a support representative.
Customer Administrators
As a customer administrator, go to Contact us, and then choose the subject and task that you need help with. From here, you're presented with a list of Help articles that we think match your needs or you can use the options to Chat with a support representative, call our Global Support team, or Open a Case.
If you you're still having problems, contact your partner. Find their contact information using Control Hub: From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Users and filter the list by External Administrators.
Users
