When scheduling a standard Webex meeting or webinar, you can invite participants to assign them to the interpreter role. First, enable simultaneous interpretation for your meeting or webinar, and then set the source and target language and add the interpreters that you want to invite. Each target language that you create has its own audio channel. Add as many language channels and invite as many interpreters for each language channel as you want.

Follow the steps to schedule a meeting or schedule a webinar.

On the Schedule a Meeting page, click Show advanced options > Scheduling options, and check the Enable simultaneous interpretation check box.

Click Assign interpreters.

Set the languages for the language channel, enter the email address of the interpreter you want to invite, then click Add.

Repeat Step 4 for as many language interpreters you want to invite.

Click Save and finish scheduling the meeting.
