All Cisco headsets come with a two-year limited hardware warranty. Refer to the table below to find the warranty terms for your headset model.

All headsets shipped from Cisco as of October 27, 2024, have the above two-year limited hardware warranty. We are working to update the warranty terms printed on the in-box documentation so some headset documentation may still state a one-year warranty.
