To clear the cache for Webex:

Windows

  1. Sign out of the Webex client.
  2. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard, then select Task Manager.
  3. Select More details (if you do not see Processes):

  1. Under the Processes tab, right-click on Webex, then select End Task.

  1. Right-click on the Windows (Start) button, and select Run. In the Open text box, enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local.
  2. Navigate to the CiscoSpark folder.
  3. Delete all data here.
