Blank white screen when sharing files on Windows 8.1.
Shared content is blank when sharing .PDF/.TXT files on Windows 8.1.
Shared content is blank when sharing Microsoft Office files on Windows 8.1.
- Internet Explorer 10 is no longer supported.
- Viewing .PDF, .TXT, or Office files shared by others may work normally. However, sharing content as the presenter will only show blank white pages in the meeting window.
- Touchscreen functionality is not currently supported by Webex. If you have a touchscreen device or monitor, you will need to use a keyboard/mouse to interact with Webex applications.

The known issues are as follows:
|Internet Explorer 11||The 'Enhanced Protected Mode' in Internet Explorer 11 on the desktop is not supported. Since this mode offers plugin-free browsing experience, the Webex add-ons are disabled and neither ActiveX nor Java download methods can be used. Users can still use the temporary folder solution (TFS) to join a meeting. Alternatively, users can choose to turn off Enhanced Protected Mode in order to join the meeting normally.|
