Click your profile picture, go to Settings > Calling, and then scroll to Call Window Settings.

Using the drop-down menus, specify when you want your call control window to pop up.


 

You only see these options if you're set up with Unified CM. Whatever option you choose here applies to all phone calls and Webex App calls.

  • When using this computer for calls:

    • On all calls—You always want your call control window to pop up when you get a call.

    • On all calls except calls on hold (Unified CM only)—You share a line with others and don't want your call control window to pop up when someone else puts a call on hold.

    • Don't bring calls to front—Your calls in Webex App are controlled by another application, such as Finess agent desktop.

  • When using a desk phone or video device for calls:

    • On all calls—You always want your call window to pop up on your desktop when you get a call.

    • On all calls except calls on hold (Unified CM only)—You share a line with others and don't want your call control window to pop up on your desktop when someone else puts a call on hold.

    • Don't bring calls to front—You only want to use your connected device to control your calls.
