Webex App | Choose when your call control window pops up

You can choose whether your call control window pops up when you get a call. For example, if you're part of a Contact Center and you use Finesse to answer and manage your calls, you don't need the Webex App call window to pop up when you answer a call. You can minimize your distractions by keeping this call control window hidden.

Click your profile picture, go to Settings > Calling, and then scroll to Call Window Settings.

Using the drop-down menus, specify when you want your call control window to pop up.
Whatever option you choose here applies to all phone calls and Webex App calls.
When using this computer for calls:
On all calls—You always want your call control window to pop up when you get a call.
Auto-minimize calls—You always want your call control
window to minimize when you get a call.
When using a desk phone or video device for calls:
On all calls—You always want your call window to pop up on your desktop when you get a call.
Auto-minimize calls—You always want your call control
window to minimize when you get a call.
