AI Assistant and Recording: post-meeting content

The following applies to meetings on the Webex Suite meeting platform.

The content included in your post-meeting email is determined by whether you enabled the AI Assistant, recording, or both during your meeting.

Post meeting information is available in the meetings recap tab of Webex App, such as overviews, summary, transcripts, and any meeting chats.

  • When only AI Assistant is enabled in the meeting, the post meeting email also contains AI Assistant generated overview, summary, and action items.

  • When only recording is enabled in the meeting, the post meeting email contains meeting summary, action items, recording links, passwords, and recording chapters.

If you stop recording during the meeting and then start recording again at a later time, another post-meeting summary email is generated.

Click View meeting content in the email to take you to sign in to your Webex site and get more complete participant information, such as transcripts, recording, and an entire list of invitees within your organization.

  • When both AI Assistant and recording are enabled in a meeting then the post meeting email contains AI Assistant generated meeting summary, action items, recording links, passwords, and recording chapters.

  • When both AI Assistant and recording are not enabled in a meeting, then no post meeting email is sent to the host.

Recording: Post meeting content

The following applies to meetings not on the Webex Suite meeting platform.

After a meeting, hosts receive an email summary, so they can see who attended the meeting. The summary information is also available on your Webex site.

When a host records a meeting, the summary email includes a list of attendees ordered by duration, along with the time they joined, the duration, and the connection type.

If you stop recording during the meeting and then start recording again at a later time, another post-meeting summary email is generated.

Click View meeting content in the summary email to sign in to your Webex site and get more complete participant information, such as the highlights, transcript, recording, and entire list of attendees.
