You can intercept incoming or outgoing calls for users in your organization. If this is enabled, calls are either routed to a designated number you choose, or to the user's voicemail.
1 | From the customer view in https://admin.webex.com, go to Users and select the user that you want to edit. | ||

4 | Under Incoming Calls, choose Allow all incoming calls or Intercept all incoming calls. | ||
