Task Completetion Time

Use this report to review the average time taken by a user to complete a task. The reports are generated for yesterday, last week, last month, and last three months.

If your organization's average completion time for a customer task is more, then provide training to agents to complete customer inquiries efficiently. This also helps in reducing the waiting time for a customer contacting Cisco Spark care.

You can also view agents who have handled activities efficiently with less handle time for yesterday, last week, last month, and last three months. Use this data to identify the most efficient agents.
