Delete a Customer Virtual Assistant

When you delete a Customer Virtual Assistant, the assistant is removed from all Customer Support Templates that use it. The assistant is no longer available to customers. To continue providing assisted service to your customers, edit any impacted Customer Support Templates to enable the Customer Virtual Assistant again. Then, proceed to select a different assistant to use in the place of the one that you deleted.

  1. Sign in to Cisco Webex Control Hub and go the Services page.

  2. Click Features on the Care card.

  3. Click Virtual Assistants.

  4. Locate the Customer Virtual Assistant that you want to delete, and click the X.

    A confirmation message appears.

  5. Choose one:

    • Click Delete to delete the Customer Virtual Assistant.

    • Click Cancel to exit without deleting the Customer Virtual Assistant.
