Edit a Virtual Agent in Webex Contact Center
You can use the same Virtual Agent and change some of the attributes to edit the virtual agent.
Log in to the customer organization at https://admin.webex.com.
From the navigation pane on the left, in the Services section, click .
Select the Virtual Agent tab, and choose the virtual assistant that you want to edit.
Modify the attribute you want to change.
Click Finish to save your edits.
