Invite Attendees and Presenters to a Webex Training Session
Invite People to a Webex Training Session
You can invite both attendees and presenters to a training session by entering email addresses or selecting contacts from your personal address book. All you have to do is specify their contact information and then add them to your list of attendees.

Invite any individual contacts from your personal address book. If you use Microsoft Outlook, you can import contacts from an Outlook address book or folder. |

Invite any contact groups from your personal address book. |
Company Address Book |
Invite contacts from your organization's address book to access contacts added by your site administrator. If your organization uses a Microsoft Exchange Global Address List, your site administrator can import their contacts to this address book. |
Each person you invite receives an invitation email that includes the following:

A link to join the training session or to obtain more information.

The training session password, if the session is password protected.

The teleconferencing information, if the session includes an integrated teleconference.

The session number for the training session, if it is set to be unlisted.
Invite Attendees and Presenters to a Training Session

Do one of the following:

On the Schedule Training Session or Edit Scheduled Training Session page, scroll to the Attendees or Presenters section. Select Invite Attendees or Invite Presenters. |

Enter the required information for the new attendee or presenter, and then select Add Attendee or Add Presenter. Repeat this action for each attendee or presenter that you want to invite. |

Check the boxes of the new attendees or presenters at the top of the window, and then select Invite. |

Scroll to the bottom of the Schedule Training Session or Edit Scheduled Training Session page, and then select Schedule or Update. |
Invite Contacts in Your Address Book to a Training Session

On the Schedule Training Session or Edit Scheduled Training Session page, scroll to the Attendees or Presenters section. Select Invite Attendees or Invite Presenters. |

Click Select Contacts, and then in the View drop-down list select the address book that you want to invite contacts from. |

Check the boxes of the attendees or presenters that you want to invite, and then select Add Attendee or Add Presenter. Repeat this action for each attendee or presenter that you want to invite. |

After you are redirected to the Invite Attendees or Invite Presenters window, check the boxes of the attendees or presenters, and then select Invite. |

Scroll to the bottom of the Schedule Training Session or Edit Scheduled Training Session page, and then select Schedule or Update. |
