The default storage space for your Webex site, including all users, is 1 GB. This space is used for storing recordings and files uploaded by hosts.
This issue can be resolved by deleting unneeded Network-Based Recordings or by a Site Administrator increasing the storage allocation for your host account.

Follow the steps below to increase the storage allocation:
To increase the storage allocation for individual hosts:
- Log in to your Webex Site Administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
- Click the User Management.
- Click on the Edit User.
- Enter the search criteria for the host account you want to modify into the User name or Email field, then click the Search button.
- Click on the name of the host account you would like to modify.
- Scroll down to the My Webex section > Additional recording storage field, and type the amount of additional storage you would like to assign to this user.
- Click Update.
To increase the storage allocation for all hosts:
- Log in to your Webex site administration page. (Example: https://SITENAME.Webex.com/admin.php)
- Click the Configuration link on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select Common Site Settings > Options.
- Scroll down to the Site Options section.
- Under the Personal Recording Storage Limit option, enter the new amount of storage available to users in the My Webex Standard or My Webex Pro field, depending on which type the site's host accounts are configured with.

- You can determine which field to enter the value in by modifying a host account (Refer to the For individual hosts section above).
- Disabling the 'Personal recording storage limit' option will allow hosts to use up to the maximum available storage on a site.

- If the Personal recording storage limit option is enabled, and the value in the My Webex Standard or the My Webex Pro field is 0, either disable the Personal recording storage limit option or enter a 1 into the respective field.
