Offered Tasks

Use this chart to review the total number of customer tasks or inquiries that were accepted and ignored in a particular time period. This chart is available for automated routing only. The charts are generated for a time period of today, yesterday, last week, last month, and last three months.

Use this information to determine the number of customer tasks addressed by organization or agents. You can also determine the number of customer tasks ignored for a given time period.

Depending on number of tasks accepted and ignored, scale up or scale down agent count to better assist your customers.

You can also view the total number of tasks accepted by an agent for yesterday, last week, last month, and last three months to identify the most active agents.
