Attach Files in the Care Desktop

You can send, receive, and save attachments from the Care desktop during a chat session. Customers can send and receive attachments from a chat application or Messages.

To Send an Attachment

  1. Sign in to the Care desktop.

  2. During a chat session with a customer, click the attachment icon.

  3. Browse to the file location and select the appropriate file. Attachment cannot exceed 100 MB.

    Alternatively, you can drag and drop a file into the chat message.

  4. Press Enter to send the attachment.

To Preview and Download an Attachment

Click the attachment to preview.

Click the download arrow to download the attachment.
