Starting August 1, 2025, Webex Contact Center will consolidate its incident, maintenance, and complex feature rollout notifications under the Global Service Status platform, discontinuing notifications via CJPIM email and Webex room alerts; to continue receiving updates on service status and scheduled maintenance, users must subscribe to email or RSS feeds on the Global Service Status page, and for feature release updates, subscribe to the What’s New and Coming Soon help pages to ensure uninterrupted notifications after the transition

Subscribe to incident management email notifications

To subscribe to email notifications:

Go to the Webex for Commercial page.

Click the envelope () icon located at the upper right corner of the page.

Enter your email address where you want to receive update, and then click Create Subscription.

A confirmation message will appear on the page.

Check your email inbox for a notification email.

In the email, click the Confirm Subscription link.

You will be redirected to status.webex.com, where you will see a confirmation message indicating your subscription is active.

Subscribe to maintenance notifications

Stay updated on Webex maintenance by subscribing to email notifications.

You can stay informed with real-time Webex updates by subscribing to RSS feeds integrated within Webex spaces. Simply join dedicated Webex spaces that automatically deliver the latest updates for both Webex and Webex Contact Center services.

To join the Webex Contact Center RSS feed:

  1. Click this link.

  2. Enter your email address, and then click Next.

    You will be added to a Webex General Space under the team WebexCC RSS External to receive live updates.

To join the general Webex services RSS feed:

  1. Click this link.

  2. Enter your email address, and then click Next.

    You will be added to a Webex General Space under the team Webex RSS External to receive live updates.
