Your partner logo is only displayed in the About window. When a customer's logo is added, the customer logo appears in the navigation menu and in the About window.

Create Default Branding for all Customer Organizations

This topic tells you how to change your partner level branding. To see what your choices look like to your customers' users, see Branding Outcomes for Users. If you are changing a customer organization, see https://help.webex.com/np8ictm/

1

Sign in to Partner Hub (https://admin.webex.com), go to Settings and scroll to Branding.

There are two tabs here; "Basic customization" and "Advanced customization", with the basic tab displayed by default. Configure Basic OR Advanced customization - not both.

2

To configure Basic branding:

  1. Click Use your own logo, click the input area to select a PNG file, and then click Open.

All users see the logo on the About page. Desktop users also see the logo on the left menu bar.

If you are a Webex for BroadWorks partner, this logo also appears on your user activation portal.

  2. Check Custom color in Webex app and then enter a Hex color in the format #FFFFFF.

This setting controls the left menu bar's background color.

If you are a Webex for BroadWorks partner, this setting also controls the background of your user activation portal.

  3. Choose whether to Enable all customers to use their own logo and color.

  • Check the box to allow any/all of your customers to show their logo and color to their users. You cannot disable this for individual customer organizations.
  • Clear the box to ensure your logo and color are used across all your customers by default. You can override the setting to give individual customer organizations the choice to add their logo and color.

These are the only branding settings you can delegate to customers.

When you disable customer branding altogether, the customer administrators do not see the Branding section in their organization settings.

3

To configure Advanced branding:

  1. Select the Advanced customization tab and then click Customize Branding.

The Branding page shows four tabs: General, Logos, Colors, and Support Links.

  2. Change the settings to suit your brand.

You can see how the colors are used on Desktop or Mobile. When you are on the Colors tab, click the Desktop or Mobile buttons to preview the colors you selected.

The Sign in button shows how the user activation portal uses those colors (only applies to Webex for BroadWorks).

Refer to Branding Outcomes for Users to see how the user screens are affected by your other choices.

4

Click Publish Changes.

The new branding is not immediately visible to users whose organizations are in different datacenters to your partner organization. There is a daily refresh across the datacenters, so the branding can take up to 24 hours to propagate to all users.

Override the Default Branding for Specific Customers

Give your customers the ability to add their own company logo. Their people see the logo on various screens in Webex along with the Webex logo.

Before you begin

This task assumes you have disabled customer branding by default. If you enabled customer branding for all customers, then you don't need to do this task. See Create Default Branding for all Customer Organizations.

1

Sign in to Partner Hub (https://admin.webex.com), go to Customers.

2

Find and click the specific customer.

A customer overview panel slides out.

3

Toggle Customer Logo and Color Override to enable this customer to override your defaults.

The Customer Branding part of the overview panel also shows whether the customer has chosen to use your logo. Partner Logo is Enabled if they use your logo instead of their own.

What to do next

If you manage your customer's organization, you can add their company branding to Webex Teams.

Add Partner-Level Problem Report and Help URLs

1

Click Send problem reports to a custom URL, enter your URL and any additional support information.

2

(Optional) Click Use a custom help site and enter your help site URL.

3

Click Save.

Any custom URLs that you enter open when people submit feedback.

For reference, the URLs that you entered appear under Troubleshooting > Status > Support Resources.
