Joining a meeting via iPhone / iPad hangs at the Detect Webex Application page.

How to enable JavaScript on an iPhone?

Blank white page after clicking join link in meeting invitation on an iPhone / iPod Touch.

Unable to use the chat feature in the Webex meeting using an iPhone.

    Cause:
This issue occurs when Safari disables JavaScript and the user clicks on the meeting join link in an email invitation.

    Solution:

    1. Tap the Settings icon.
    2. Go to Apps
    3. Search and Tap Safari.
    4. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Advanced.
    5. Toggle the JavaScript slider so it's on.

If you do not wish to enable JavaScript on your iPhone, you cannot join a Webex meeting using the join link in the email invitation. As a workaround, use the Join by Number feature in the Cisco Webex Meetings iPhone app if JavaScript is disabled.
