If you encounter any issue with your device, you can use the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app to report an issue and share the logs.

Before you begin

Make sure you have configured the default program for emails on Windows or MacOS, and then sign in to the email program successfully.

Open the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app.

Choose Support in the left pane.

Click Report an issue.

Enter the issue details to the questions and click Send.

Collecting log files takes a few minutes.
