Send logs of your device in the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app
With the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app, you can report your device issues and send the logs files.
If you encounter any issue with your device, you can use the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app to report an issue and share the logs.
Before you begin
Make sure you have configured the default program for emails on Windows or MacOS, and then sign in to the email program successfully.
- On Windows, the default program for emails is Outlook. Refer to Microsoft Support for more assistance as appropriate. For example, Make Outlook the default program for email, contacts, and calendar.
- On MacOS, the default program for emails is either Outlook or the default Mail app. Refer to Apple Support for more assistance as appropriate. For example, Change the default web browser or email app on Mac.

Open the Cisco Accessory Hub desktop app. |

Choose Support in the left pane. |

Click Report an issue. |

Enter the issue details to the questions and click Send. Collecting log files takes a few minutes. |
