Care Assistant Commands

There are three types of Cisco Webex Teams spaces associated with Care Assistant:

  • User and Bot Space—This space is created between a Cisco Webex Teams user and the Care Assistant bot when the user direct messages the bot to ask a question.

  • Expert Space—This space contains the subject matter experts who answer questions posed by the Care Assistant bot.

  • Bot Owner Space—This space is created between you and the Care Assistant bot after bot creation.

The commands available depend on which space you are in.

User and Bot Space

You can use the Cancel command in this space to cancel your request for help.

Expert Space

You can use the following commands in this space:

You must @mention the bot before typing a command in the Expert Space.

  • I Can or Yes—Use this command to privately help a Cisco Webex Teams user with a question. When you type this command, the Care Assistant bot creates a new space between you and the Cisco Webex Teams user who had a question.

  • Answer—Use this command to send messages and attachments through the Care Assistant bot to the Cisco Webex Teams user with a question. Any text that you type after Answer is included in the message sent to the Cisco Webex Teams user.

  • Wrong Space—Use this command to tell the Care Assistant bot that it brought a question to a space where no experts can help. The bot then asks the user to reword the question to see if it can be matched with a more appropriate expert space.

  • Stats—Use this command to see how many questions are queued for this expert space.

Bot Owner Space

You can use the Cancel command in this space to test a newly created bot from a users perspective. The Cancel command works the same in the bot owner space as it does in the user and bot space.
