Reports Overview

You can generate and view the following types of reports:

  • Common (for the entire site)

  • Webex Events

  • Webex Support

  • Webex Training

  • Remote Access

  • Access Anywhere

  • WebACD

Each report displays the time stamp using the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) time zone.

Many reports can be run in 15, 30, and 60-minute intervals.


 

Usage reports that show IP addresses in WBS39.4 and later will include mobile IP addresses.

View data about how many participants attended a session and how many minutes the session lasted.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Common > Usage .

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Common > Usage Report .

From the Service drop-down list, choose a service or All .

(Optional) To run a report about the meetings that a specific user hosted, in the User Name field, enter the user name.

Select the beginning and ending dates for the report.

Report data is only available for sessions conducted up to three months before the current date.

(Optional) To view a report for only certain session topics, in the Topic box, enter all or part of the topic name.

You can use wildcards, such as ? or * , when specifying a text string.

To sort the report by date, topic, username, or start time, from the Sort results by drop-down list, select the sort criteria.

Click Display Report .

To export the report in CSV format so that you can import it into a spreadsheet or other program, at Export CSV Reports , do one or both of the following:

  • To export the Summary Usage report to a CSV file, select Session Summary .
  • To export the Attendee Detail report for all sessions on the Summary Usage Report page to a CSV file, select Attendee Details .
View how much storage was used for recordings made in the last 90 days.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Common > Recording Usage.

Select the beginning and ending dates for the report.

(Optional) To view a report for a specific recording, in the Recording Name field, enter all or part of the topic name.

  • To export the Summary Usage report to a CSV file, select Session Summary.
  • To export the Attendee Detail report for all sessions on the Summary Usage Report page to a CSV file, select Attendee Details.
View the percentage of storage used and the available storage.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Common > Storage Usage.

To open the report in .CSV format, select Open. To save the report to your computer, select Save.

View the number of scheduled events, registrants, attendees, held events, recordings, and downloaded recordings on your site.

  • Programs, Events, Recordings Summary
  • Scheduled Events Dashboard
  • Held Events, Recording Downloads Dashboard

Sign in to Webex Site Administration, go to Reports > Webex Support, and then select one of the following reports:

  • Session Report
  • Call Volume
  • CSR Activity
  • URL Referral
  • Allocation Queue

Specify the search criteria, and then click Display Report.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration, go to Reports > Webex Training , and then select one of the following reports:

  • Usage Report : View usage information for all sessions.
  • Registration Report : View all registration information for all sessions scheduled and in the past.
  • Recorded Session Access Report : View access for all recorded sessions.
  • Recording Access Report : View access for all recorded sessions.
  • Coupon Report : View the details of coupons that were issued and used.
  • Training Report by Attendee : View a record of all sessions for which a person has registered or attended.
  • Attendee Report : View a record of all sessions for which a person has registered or attended.

Specify the search criteria, and then click Display Report .

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Remote Access , and then select one of the following reports:

  • Usage Report—Computer
  • Usage Report—CSRs
  • Tracking Report—Computer
  • Computer Usage
  • CSR Report
  • Computer Tracking

Report data is available only for sessions conducted up to three months before the current date.

From the Sort results by drop-down list, select the sort order criteria for the report.

You can sort by computer name, client IP address, date, session starting time, session ending time, or session duration.

Click Display Report.

To export the report in CSV format so that you can import it into a spreadsheet or other program, select Export Report. To print the report, select Printer-Friendly Format.

Sign in to Webex Site Administration and go to Reports > Meetings in Progress.
