    Webex Trace Grabber For Microsoft Windows

    The Webex Tracer (WBX Tracer2) is a tool designed to collect data related to Webex meetings after they have concluded. It is helpful for post-meeting analysis and troubleshooting.

    Download:

    • wbxtraceget2.exe
    Perform the following steps to capture the logs:
    1. Double-click on wbxtraceget2.exe.
    An MS-DOS window appears as the log files are gathered into a .RAR file.

    As soon as the logging is complete, the following prompt appears:

    1. Click OK.
    2. The Windows Explorer folder will open, showing the .RAR log file location:
    The Webex tracer logs for a meeting no longer running can be found at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp\wbxlogs.
    Once you have the file, you can provide it when contacting technical support.

    Note: 
    • This Trace Grabber is incompatible with sites migrated to the new (Webex Meeting Suite Platform) use Webex App | Report an issue to send in logs.
