Description
This is a utility used to gather data once a meeting is no longer in progress.

Supported OS/Version
Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10

Supported Cisco Webex Product Version
All Cisco Webex meeting service versions


Note:  The Webex Trace Grabber is limited to 100MB of log data captured. If additional meetings have been joined since the issue occurred it may not be captured in these logs.

It is recommended to submit a problem report in-meeting when the issue happens.

Instructions (How to capture logs)
  1. Double-click on wbxtraceget2.exe.
An MS-DOS window appears as the log files are gathered into a .RAR file.

As soon as the logging is complete, the following prompt appears:

  1. Click OK.
  2. The Windows explorer folder will open showing the .RAR log file location:

Send the resulting log file to your Support rep.

The Webex tracer logs for a meeting that is no longer running, can be found at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
