    How do I capture Webex Trace/Crash logs on a Mac?

    How do I gather logs for a meeting that has ended?

    Description
    This is a utility used to gather data once a meeting is no longer in progress. It is used for diagnosing various meeting issues like application crashing, teleconference issues, and meeting connection issues (Multimedia and Network Base Recording NBR).
     
    Supported OS/Version
    Mac OS X
     
    Supported Cisco Webex Product Version
    All Cisco Webex meeting service versions

    Download

    • WebexLogCollector.zip
     
    Instructions (How to capture logs):
    1. Download the WebexLogCollector, then rename the file to WebexLogCollector.tar.gz.
    2. Extract and run the WebexLogCollector.tar.gz file.
    3. Open the Webex Log Collector file, then select OK.
    The webex_logs file is saved on your desktop.
    1. Send the webex_logs file to your support rep via email, or upload it directly to your TAC case using the case number and password.
