Configure music-on-hold settings for your location
With the music-on-hold feature, you can set up either a default music or a custom music to play for callers when their call is placed on hold, parked, or in a queue.
1 | Sign in to Control Hub, and go to . |
2 | Choose a location and click the Calling tab. |
3 | Go to the Call handling section, and choose Music on hold or park. |
4 | Select Call is placed on hold or Call is parked for the audio to apply.

5 | In Music on Hold Source, choose one of the following options to let the users know that they are still connected on the call, and then click Save.
