Configure help desk

You can enable the help desk feature and configure quick numbers in Control Hub. Once configured, the users just need to select a number from your configured number list to quickly make a call.

From the customer view in Control Hub, go to Devices, and then select your phone.

In the Configurations section, select All configurations.

Navigate to the Phone section and select Help Desk.

Configure the following parameters to apply the help desk feature to the device:

  • Custom Menu Name: Enter a service name to display on the phone screen. If no name is specified, it displays as Help Desk.
  • Enable: By default, the Help Desk feature is disabled. Set it to Yes to enable it. If enabled, users can press the Favorite button on the phone to open the service list and call the preset numbers.
  • Quick Number [n] > Name: Set a display name of the quick number. If no name is specified, the quick number itself will be displayed.
  • Quick Number [n] > Number: Enter the quick number.

Select Next.

Review your changes and select Apply.

Select Close to close the page.
