RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue and continue using Webex services without interruption:

  1. Upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 11 or higher, or switch to a browser that supports TLS 1.2, such as Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Ensure that TLS 1.2 is enabled in your browser settings. Disabling TLS 1.2 will prevent a secure connection from being established with Webex web servers.
  3. If you are unsure how to enable TLS 1.2 or need additional information about the changes, please review this article TLS 1.2 Required in Webex Meetings.

By following these steps, users should be able to access Webex sites securely and participate in meetings without encountering the 'Can't connect securely to this page' error.

For Cisco Webex Business Suite 33.6 users and later versions with Modern View enabled, the error will persist if the operating system or browser lacks support for TLS 1.2 or is not set up to utilize it.

CAUSE
As of August 03, 2018, Cisco has mandated using Transport Layer Security (TLS) version 1.2 for all connections. Operating systems and browsers that do not support TLS 1.2 or are not configured to use it will experience connectivity issues with Webex services. Additionally, any updates to the Webex client will not be effective if TLS 1.2 is disabled, leading to the aforementioned error when trying to access Webex sites.
