Microphone is not Picking up Audio in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Session
list-menuFeedback?

Microphone is not picking up audio in a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) session.

Microphone does not capture any voice.

Microphone is not working after joining VoIP session.

Note:
Make sure your microphone is not muted before trying the steps in this article. Your microphone may have been muted by the host. Also check your microphone or headset for a physical mute switch and ensure you do not have that enabled.

Within the Webex Participants panel, you can tell if your microphone is muted if the microphone icon next to your name is orange. For help, see: Mute or Unmute in Cisco Webex Meetings Suite

Solution:
If you have already joined the VoIP conference and your microphone is not working, you will need to leave the VoIP conference before you can adjust the audio settings.
