Sign in to Control Hub, and go to Management > Locations.


Choose a location and click the Calling tab.


Go to the Call handling section, and choose Music on hold or park.


Select Call is placed on hold or Call is parked for the audio to apply.


In Music on Hold Source, choose one of the following options to let the users know that they are still connected on the call, and then click Save.

  • Play default music—Choose this option to play the default music.
  • Play custom music—Choose this option and click Select music to upload or record an audio source file in .WAV or .WMA format. See Manage Announcement Repository to upload or record the announcement files.
