    Error: 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available.' when Accessing a Webex Site

    This error message can occur when accessing or logging into a Webex site from a browser. Review the article for troubleshooting steps on this error.

    ISSUE
    When accessing or logging into a Webex site, you receive the following error message - 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available.'

    RESOLUTION
    To resolve this issue,you will need to enable higher levels of TLS on your browser.

    Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome:
    Both browsers use the built-in Internet Options in the Windows OS. Follow the steps below:

    1. Open the Control Panel
    2. Click on Internet Options
    3. Click on the Advanced Tab
    4. Click 'Use TLS 1.2'
    5. Close and restart your browser

    Mozilla Firefox
    1. In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter
    2. In the search field, enter TLS
    3. Locate the row - security.tls.version.min
    4. Click the pencil icon to edit it
    5. Enter the value '3' to set to TLS 1.3
    6. Close and restart your browser
