Attendee Sees a Green Screen on Lab Computer

Attendee sees a green screen on lab computer.
Attendee unable to see application, screen is black in Hands-On Lab.
Participant is unable to view desktop, screen is green on lab machine.
Solution:
To resolve the issue:
- Uninstall the Webex software from the lab computer.
- Download the Meeting Services Removal Tool.
- Extract the contents of the .ZIP file to your hard drive and double-click WBXRemoveTool.exe. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
- Re-configure the Lab Machine. For help, see: Manage Hands-on Labs
