Users cannot edit a single occurrence of a recurring Webex meeting from Outlook. When attempting to make changes, the following error messages may be encountered:

Error: 'You cannot edit this Webex meeting because it has already ended' when editing a single occurrence of a recurring

RESOLUTION
The issue may be caused by a discrepancy between the time zone settings on the user's computer and the time zone in which the meeting was initially scheduled.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Check the time zone settings on your computer to ensure they match the time zone used when scheduling the Webex meeting.
  2. If the time zones do not match, you can adjust your computer's time zone settings to align with the meeting's scheduled time zone.
  3. Once the time zones are aligned, could you try to edit the single occurrence of the recurring meeting again?
  4. If the issue continues, you may need to reschedule the meeting.
